Our support doesn't end when you buy our software. Our
specialist Alterian Professional Services team (APS) are on hand to
make sure your implementation goes smoothly and that all your
training and delivery needs are met.
APS is made up of several functions - Consulting,
Training and Support.
Consulting
We will ensure your implementation goes as smoothly as possible,
by following a tried and tested framework of proven project
methodologies, project management, documentation and regular
quality audits. We also offer ad-hoc project assistance if you need
us to. For more information, ask us about our Implementation

Learning and Development
We offer a wide range of product-specific courses, designed
to provide practical and useful experience to new users from both
technical and non-technical backgrounds. They are usually held at
our offices, but we are happy to come to you if necessary. Please
visit our L&D section for more information on courses
available.
Support
Once your software is installed, we continue to support you. We
offer a range of Product Support options, which allow you to choose
the level of service you need - this can be from standard business
hours to full time, 24/7 support. All our Support levels allow
unlimited calls to the Support desk and free access to our
Extranet. Further information can be found in the Technical Support
section.
